Most electrical work in Ontario requires a notification to the Electrical Safety Authority, and as a licensed contractor we take care of it. The work is then inspected by the ESA, which is what gives you a documented, code-compliant installation rather than an unverifiable one.

Pricing is quoted per job, based on an estimate and a site or drawing evaluation. Electrical work varies too much by scope, access, panel capacity and code requirements for a flat rate to be honest. Send the project details and you get a written quote with the scope priced line by line, so you can compare it against anyone else's.

Coverage depends on the project and is set out in the estimate. Every installation is done to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and inspected by the ESA, and manufacturer warranties on equipment and fixtures are passed through to you with the paperwork. What is covered on workmanship, and for how long, is written into the quote for that specific job, so ask when you get the estimate.
